These discussions are still active and in some cases quite vigorous. It is clear that we all tend to agree that the pace of change is too slow; that school executives are fearful of too much change, too quickly; and that existing classrooms are inadequate as 21st century learning environments.
There is still disagreement about the benefits or limitations of Interactive Whiteboards.
